1. Scope
These terms govern the business relationship between Forgeminiatures Schütz, Pascal Schütz, Zentralstrasse 3, 5610 Wohlen AG (UID CHE-202.785.560, "Vendor") and the customer for orders on forgeminiatures.work.
2. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded by clicking "Pay now" and successful payment confirmation by Stripe. A confirmation is sent by email.
3. Prices and shipping
All prices are in CHF and do not include VAT (the vendor is not VAT-registered). Shipping costs are shown transparently during checkout; from CHF 50 the first carton is free, from CHF 75 the entire shipment is free.
4. Payment
Payment is processed via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT). Orders are shipped after receipt of payment.
5. Cancellation
Cancellation before processing begins is granted as a courtesy. To cover costs, a processing fee of 5 % (min. CHF 5.00, max. CHF 50.00) is charged and automatically deducted from the refund. Once the order enters picking, cancellation is no longer possible. In justified exceptional cases (e.g. if we cannot deliver the item or the goods arrive damaged), the fee may be waived as a goodwill gesture.
6. Delivery
Shipping is by Swiss Post within Switzerland. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after payment.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty period of 2 years under the Swiss Code of Obligations applies.
8. Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Wohlen AG.
